Officer Strategic Performance Jobs

Work closely with Accounting, Finance and Financial Planning Controlling team to address business requirements for financial information.

Min. 2 years of relevant experience as business analyst, data scientist, data analyst, or data engineer in banking or financial services,

Proficiency in SQL and Excel, and experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI,

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information System Technology dan Mathematics will be an advantage,

Strong attention to detail and accuracy,

Comfortable working with large numbers/data set.

Experience min 2 years at the same position

Coordinate among sales region and compile the data

Analyse sales data and review performance

Provide reporting and presentation weekly and monthly

Reporting to National Sales Head

University Graduate any major (preferred Industrial Engineering)

Hold minimal 4 years experience in Project Management or Project Portfolio

Monitor and analyze organization performance and provide recommendations for improvements (Management Contract, department work programs, company strategic projects)

Make reports in dashboard form and provide updates to management

Able to think strategically and having effective communication skill

Having excellent negotiation and analytical skill

Work closely with teams and other department to review programs and processes, and to solve problems
