L1 Network Appliance Jobs

Min. 2 years of experience as L1

Having knowledge about Unix/Linux

Must have knowledge about API (Web service, Json, Rest API)

Having knowledge about Odoo is a plus

Have knowledge of tools monitoring system such as ELK, Grafana, Dynatrace is a plus

Good attitude & communication skill

Min. 1 Year of working experience in this field

Good customer service, multi-tasking and problem solving skills.

Ability to handling complain & maintaining a strong relationship with new customer from channel livechat and ticketing

Ability to using CRM tools (zendesk,salesforce, etc)

6. Has the managerial skill to maintain all coordination and day-to-day operation.

Experienced at least 1 year

5. Experience to do load balancer
