Mortgage Advisor Jobs

Have strong communication and coordination skills, master the knowledge of construction machinery and equipment products, and international trade logistics management.

One year or more of relevant work experience is preferred.

Submitting required documents for disbursement to banks or finance companies.

Under 40 years old, with a college degree or above in mechanical, electrical, international trade, and other related majors.

Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing (ability to communicate in Mandarin will be preferred).

Opening new relationships and maintaining relationships with banks, leasing, and financing companies to support SANY sales in Indonesia.

- Handling end to end business process for the branch level (aquisition strategy to asset management)

- Experience min. 2 years as branch manager in banking/financial company

- Well experienced at mortgage sales in banking/financial company

- Responsible to developing and maintaining sales plan for achieve the target

- Min. Bachelor degree from any major

- Willing to be placed in Jabodetabek area.

5. Able to build good relationships, especially at the top management level.

Position: Mortgage Alternate Channel Manager (MACM)

2. Have experience in leading a Mortgage team

3. Experienced in sales, marketing and operations, especially in mortgage banking min. 4 years.

2. Establish good relations with internal/external parties to achieve predetermined business targets

5. Able to build good relationships, especially at the top management level.
