Bachelor's degree in mining engineering , Geodetic engineering , and Geological engineering or a related field

Organise and direct marketing and sales initiatives, including pricing and contractual terms, in consultation with the top management

Manage and support customer relationships with industry players, building satisfaction and loyalty with clear accountabilities for sales personnel

Handle operational management of major freight contracts

Manage manufacturing and asset leadership responsibilities

Able to manage manufacturing operations with sound distribution/warehousing/logistics experience

Minimum 3 years’ experience in Mine Planning, Mine Scheduling and Mine Operation utilizing SPRY.

Have good communication skills, i.e., presentation and reporting

• Memastikanrencana bulanan tersedia untuk membuat sequence penambangan harian dan mingguan.

• Memonitor, mengarahkan dan mengawasi rencana produksi agar sesuai plan

• Melakukan peninjauan lapangan guna mengontrol pelaksanaanpenambangan agar sesuai plan dan memberikan rekomendasi tindakan perbaikan apabila diperlukan.

• Membuatreview dan evaluasi terhadap produksi actual, serta faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi deviasi antara plan dan actual.

Work experience in the mining industry, particularly in drilling activities.

Providing feedback: the engineer shall provide feedback to the respective department of the implemented equipments for future product developments.

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
