Problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues related to hardware-software interactions

Knowledge of design patterns, software architecture, and software development life cycle

3. Knowledge about Running Mobile Application and Web Application

4. Knowledge About Mobile App and Web Apps it’s a Plus

1. Bachelor’s degree in IT or Equivalent

2. min 3 years of IT Support Application/IT Tester Application/IT Mobile App Tester/Technical Writer

5. Proficient in Microsoft excel (Graphic Charting, V-lookup, Pivot Table)

6. Proficient in Word Documentation and Good Reporting

Experience minimum 5 years experience in selling both hardware and software products.

Minimum bachelor degree in any major.

Have a strong understanding of the technical aspects of both hardware and software products.

Should be able to communicate in english and bahasa fluently.

Domiciled in Jakarta and willing to fully WFO.

Responsibility to head of sales directly.
