1-3 years working experience (preferred from Salon Industry)

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Good teamwork, innovation and problem solving skills

Strong in CRM, Blueprint and analytical thinking

Having at least 2 (two) years of B2B marketing experience.

Proven successful marketing plan development and implementation skills.

Good communication and interpersonal skill.

Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments.

Plan and organize offline marketing strategy (advertisement, advertorial, seminars, trade shows, etc.).

Deliver high-quality leads that maximize the value and ROI on all marketing spend and achieve KPIs of MQL.
