Marketing Event Intern Jobs

Logistics Coordination: Collaborate with our team to manage event logistics, including transportation, accommodation, and equipment.

Participant Engagement: Interact with event attendees, answer their inquiries, and ensure a positive event experience.

Data Collection and Analysis: Assist in gathering event data and supporting the evaluation of marketing strategies' effectiveness.

Have prior experience with event execution

Responsible to execute offline activations for all events (bazar and community) under even sales tribe

Collaborate with related teams to coordinate for the events preparations updates and take notes of all events preparation

Create, maintain, and update regularly weekly catalog for sales

Undergraduate pursuing a bachelor's degree in related field

Agility and flexibility to adapt execution plans last minute, if necessary

• Strong verbal communication skills.

• Ensure the smooth execution of events or promotions.

• Develop and plan events (including concepts, schedules, etc.).

• Coordinate and assess projects or events.

• Ability to organize events or projects effectively.

• Birthday bonus (you’ll receive 10 SGD on your birthday).

Good communicator with outstanding event and partnership project management skills

Help with event, partnership and KOL project management.

Co-operate offline events with Marketing, Sales, Operations teams.

Support wider demand generation initiatives.

Final year student from a top university

Excellent analytical thinking and attention to details

● Self-motivated, strong communication and project management skills

● Support the creation of event content

● Fresh Graduate / final year student in communications and other relevant fields.
