Membina hubungan yang baik dengan showroom/dealer untuk mendapatkan calon nasabah

Melakukan survey kelayakan calon nasabah

Mengumpulkan, melengkapi, memeriksa, menganalisa kebenaran dan kesesuaian data-data calon nasabah

Menjelaskan isi dokumen perjanjian pembiayaan beserta lampirannya untuk ditandatangani nasabah

Having experience working with Media Partners, Advertising Agency, Branding Team and Creative Agency would be an advantage

Preferably having exposure in field sales distribution with supervisory experience

Good interpersonal and communication skills

Strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data

Planning, executing, monitoring and reporting overall consumer engagement activities done through different channels in assigned areas, e.g. Media, LAMP/HOP, Event, Community

Analyzing marketing issues/opportunities in assigned areas, including segmenting, consumer profiling, etc.

Strong product knowledge and the ability to effectively demonstrate and explain features and benefits.

Track and report on sales performance, customer interactions, and market feedback to the store manager and Qoala leadership.

Previous experience as a store promoter, sales associate, or customer service representative in a retail environment.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and connect with customers.

Serve as a store promoter and brand ambassador, representing Qoala within designated retail partner stores.

Co-sell with Store Staff Qoala Gadget Protection : Qomplete, Qompact, Flex Products

Proven experience as business manager or relevant role

Minimum 3-4 years of experience

Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities

Excellent organizational and leadership skills

Supervise the work of employees and provide feedback and counsel to improve efficiency and effectiveness

Design and implement business plans and strategies to promote the attainment of goals

Fresh Graduate minimal S1 segala jurusan, IPK minimal 2.75 atau berpengalaman kerja maksimal 1 tahun

Memiliki kemampuan interpersonal dan komunikasi yang baik

Memiliki kemampuan analisis yang baik

Berorientasi pada target serta memiliki motivasi dan komitmen yang tinggi

Menguasai bahasa Inggris merupakan nilai plus
