Marketing Activation Operation Officer Jobs

This position is to support Marketing & Sales team on marketing activation execution to support MWB brands growth

To support MWB brands marketing activation execution

To ensure all assign marketing activation execute in timely manner and comply with regulation

Excellence in Marketing activity execution

Create, brainstorm, manage & execute Online & Offline Activation initiatives

A minimum of three years of experience in content creation, marketing, communications, or similar.

Excellent computer skills with MS Office and Google Suite.

Good knowledge of various content platforms such as social media, blogs, and print media.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Meeting with the creative, marketing, and design teams to ideate and define content goals.

Contributing to the development of sales & marketing strategies

Designing and implementing marketing plans for company products

Conducting sales & marketing activity to increase Sales Outlet

Tracking sales data to ensure the company meets sales target

Creating and presenting sales performance reports

Handling the operation management in the area

Leading the management of channel operation

Proven working experience is preferred, but fresh graduate is welcome to apply

Define, design and implement a creative marketing strategy for all channels in region that represented

Having the onboarding training in HQ Jakarta

Willing to work onsite in regional area

3+ years' of relevant work experience in F&B Business (cafes, restaurants, etc)

Developing a strategic plan to advance business

Build and maintain excellent relationships with colleagues and clients

Handle operation & marketing in F&B business (Horeca)

Know and understand F&B marketing and operation marketing both offline & online

3.Excellent communication and coordination skills, able to drive project implementation, and result-oriented.

3.Coordinate and collaborate with various departments to ensure strategy implementation and maximize operational efficiency;

4.Both Working proficiency in English and Indonesia language;
