The background, education, and work experience needed to succeed in this job are:

Core Competencies (Knowledge, Skills & Characters)

Have minimum 1 year experience of using Finite Element software

Have an experience of using Abaqus

Bachelor degree in mechanical engineering or related discipline

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

Have a passion and willingness of working in an engineering consultant

Must be able to use minimum daily-conversation English

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Knowledge of statistical analysis tools and techniques is a plus

Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI is a plus

Collect, clean, and analyze data from various sources to support consulting projects

3. Proficiency in creating instructional contents and experience in creating educational content is highly desirable

Good in presentation and communication skill

3 years experiences at analytical team or business performance reporting

Create and provide monitoring sales performance KPI for direct channel to assist sales team achieve the target

Provide monitoring achievement of commissions scheme and program for direct channel and tele sales team to improve sales

Provide feedback and recommendations to improve action plans based for direct channel team ased on performance of sales and acquisition achievements

Provide monitoring all parameters in direct channel, post paid product and store profitability

2. Have at least 2 years experience.

Basic knowledge of IC semiconductor failure analysis.

Perform IC electrical and physical failure analysis.

Identify failed elements through a hands-on analysis.

Analyze failure reports and determine the root cause of the issue.

Provide feedback with sustainable solutions for corrective actions.
