Provides accurate, complete and effective turnover to Event Management.

Manages and develops relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.

Supports the company’s service and relationship strategy, driving customer loyalty by delivering service excellence throughout each customer experience.

Works collaboratively with off-property sales channels to ensure sales efforts are coordinated, complementary and not duplicative.

Develops relationships within community to strengthen and expand customer base for sales opportunities.

Participates in sales calls with members of sales team to acquire new business and/or close on business.

Update client records with contact and billing details, appointments and services offered

Minimum of 1-year experience in the same position in a large luxury resort or five-star Spa environment

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Welcome walk-ins, answer questions about services and schedule appointments based on availability

Inform clients about new services and discounts

Cross-sell services and products when appropriate

Experienced wit photoshop, sketch up, autocad, 3d render / vray

Has Experience as 3D maker for minimum 2 years

Bachelor's degree in 3D modeling, graphic design, or a related field

Able to operate any 3D software

Willing to be placed at Willing to be placed at PIK North Jakarta

University graduate / hotel management / hotel school diploma

Prepared for next day arrival such as registration card, guests benefit, room key etc and do preparation for next day departure.

Manage room moves whenever necessary with the assistance of Guest Service Officer

Assume other duties assigned by Guest Relations Captains and Guest Relations Manager

To carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.

A basic knowledge on any additional foreign languages will be advantageous.
