Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments (Calendar Management), often controlling access to the manager/executive.
Reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines.
Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation.
Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients.
English & Bahasa Speaking, Mandarin is preferable.
