Minimum 5 - 10 years experiences in road construction project preferable in mining company.

High extensive experiences in road construction especially haul road mining company.

Supervise all road construction activities.

Supervise project team to execute assigned project within deadlines.

Organize resources with quality workmanship that conforms to plans and specification.

Minimum of 10 years of experience in toll road operations management, with a focus on technical operations and project management.

Strong knowledge of toll road systems, including toll collection technology, traffic management systems, and electronic tolling equipment.

Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus.

Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, transportation management, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.

Proficient in budgeting, financial analysis, and resource management.

Provide guidance and supervision to operational staff, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, customer service standards, and legal requirements.
