Over 8 years’ engineering experience in an oil and gas environment

Computer literate and knowledgeable in relevant software tools and specifications.

Electrical Engineer-level of competence as per Electrical Engineering Technical Competencies.

Experience using supply chain management software, especially SAP.

Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, or business administration.

Minimum ten years of proven experience managing procurement from multinational machinery companies.

In-depth knowledge of preparing and reviewing contracts, invoicing, and negotiation terms.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Developing procurement strategies that are inventive and cost-effective.

Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience in HR area, specifically experienced within HR Business Partner role

Good communication skill in English

Provide advice and support to the executives and associates in allocated area of responsibility within strategic and operative HR matters

Ability to work independently under fast-paced, changing environment

Experience working experience as Sales and Marketing at least 1 year in mechanical equipment products or machinery.

Looking for new customers from database and sourcing new customers.

Maintain good relationship with existing customers.

Bachelor Degree in Engineering or equivalent.

Good communication in English is a must both spoken and written.

Able to speak Japanese an advantage.

Having a bachelor's degree from mechanical engineering or management with five to ten years of related experience in parts management.

Work with the service manager and after-sales team to ensure a timely turnaround of parts needed.

Willing to visit the remote area (customer site).

Prepare and administer an annual operating budget for the parts department.

Establish pricing parameters in each customer category that generate enough gross profit to produce a satisfactory profit while maintaining customer loyalty.

Establish individual parts inventory levels and balances them for maximum turnover.
