At Least 3 years of working experience as Maintenance Planner (Offshore Support Vessel Company) .

Update the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) accordingly.

Update the verification and calibration plan into Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) accordingly.

Verification and calibration records should be well managed and organize according to company requirements.

The review then registers all non-compliances into Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) Maximo is preferred.

Maintain records and files essential to maintenance management especially records on component changeout.

Having experience to operate MAXIMO, AMT, or other Planning System software is advantage

Knowledge on the mining and heavy equipment industry is advantage

University degree or equivalent experience.

Diploma in Maintenance or equivalent experience, advance technician (heavy machinery)

Prepare preventive maintenance plans that aligned with the organization’s maintenance goals.

Manage Work Order Corrective Maintenance and report status updates to the Plant Engineering Supervisor.

Have good leadership and communication skills

Have good skill in database and computer

Have experience in carrying out Preventive Maintenance for production and packaging machines

Coordinating with internal departments and other departments regarding machine maintenance schedules.

Create a monthly maintenance report that explains the current and pending status of the month's maintenance tasks.
