Understanding AwanTunai’s lending portfolio and setting growth targets with the management team

Develop relationship management strategies to deepen, maintain or exit the relationship

Strong analytical skills with advanced spreadsheet and financial modeling capabilities.

Working with the Sales and Risks team to understand capital requirements and limitations on capital deployed

Pro-actively manage the loan book quality on a daily basis

Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting or equivalent required, Master degree is preferred.

At least 4 years of work experience, with at least 2 years of experience in product marketing management

Manage, control and monitor Marketing spend as per budget, to achieve OKR efficiently

Skilled and comfortable handling data, and can independently harness it effectively to generate insights, make decisions, and drive growth

A bias toward action, excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to distill complex plans into clear and actionable tasks

Develop users value proposition for the specific product/use case and translate them into key communication strategy

Consumer driven mindset with strong ability to understand user insight and translate them into actionable strategy and plan

Project management skills with ability to manage multiple assignments

Liaise with relevant internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with risk, legal and other requirements

Min 5 years experiences in banking, especially in SME products

Have a depth analytics & problem solving skills

Strong communication and presentation skills

Identify opportunities in the market, along with sales & analytics team to target SME industries and sectors
