Memiliki kartu tanda advokat (KTA);

Memiliki pengalaman kerja di kantor hukum, paling singkat 2 (Dua) tahun;

Memiliki pengalaman kerja di bidang litigasi dan non litigasi;

Memahami sektor layanan urun dana (SCF) berbasis informasi teknologi dan peraturan terkait sektor SCF tersebut; dan

Memahami penawaran efek melalui layanan urun dana berdasarkan ketentuan POJK.

Membantu leader dalam membuat laporan-laporan atau surat menyurat penyelenggara kepada OJK dan/atau otoritas lainnya; dan

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a law firm or corporate legal department

Provide legal advice and support to foreign clients who are looking to do business in Indonesia

Conduct legal research and analysis to ensure that our clients are compliant with Indonesian laws and regulations

Draft and review contracts, agreements, and other legal documents for our clients

Represent our clients in legal proceedings and negotiations

Work closely with our team of consultants and lawyers to provide comprehensive legal support to our clients

Minimum of 5 years of working experience in law firm or in-house legal in financial institutions

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Provide legal advice and counsel to the company on a wide range of legal matters

Assist with the negotiation of complex legal documents

Conduct legal research and analysis

Stay up-to-date on legal developments and regulations in the financial services industry

Contributing to customer satisfaction by planning and executing service work according to customer order and expectation

Preparing all documents and customer reports to be signed by the customer representative. utilize all relevant tools

Troubleshooting equipment/process failures and requests proactive corrective actions and makes recommendations to avoid repeating the problem in the future

Identifying improvement needs and potential solutions for them in the way of working

Bachelor’s degree in the relevant field

A strong focus on safe work practices and dedication to following all relevant workplace safety guidelines

Knew basic legal (litigation and non-litigation), preferred from multi-finance corporate.

At least 2 years of working experience in a related field.

Administrative processes related to litigation and non-litigation processes are carried out accurately and according to regulations.

Updating all regulations relating to the authorities is carried out appropriately.

Carrying out activities in the context of mitigating legal risks that are guided by cases that have occurred in the company.

Candidate must possess at least bachelor's in law.

Has excellent negotiation, networking, management, critical thinking, and leadership skills.

Minimum 1 years of working experience in the field of an in-house counsel or solicitor of reputable law firms.

Have extensive knowledge of corporate or relevant laws, especially in terms of licensing and compliance in tech startup company

Experience in drafting a business contract and contract negotiation

Flexible, solution-oriented, proactive, hands-on attitude, good analytical skill, detail oriented, tech savvy and willingness to learn more

Manage Intellectual Property Right, permit and legality of the company

To administer and distribute company’s legal documents (internal and external)

Drafting and review Corporate & Foundation Agreement

Understand Law and Regulation which related to Company Law, Foundation Law and Contract

Bachelor Degre of Law from reputable University

Literate in English (both written and speaking)

Understand and able to draft bilingual Contract
