Memiliki kartu tanda advokat (KTA);

Memiliki pengalaman kerja di kantor hukum, paling singkat 2 (Dua) tahun;

Memiliki pengalaman kerja di bidang litigasi dan non litigasi;

Memahami sektor layanan urun dana (SCF) berbasis informasi teknologi dan peraturan terkait sektor SCF tersebut; dan

Memahami penawaran efek melalui layanan urun dana berdasarkan ketentuan POJK.

Membantu leader dalam membuat laporan-laporan atau surat menyurat penyelenggara kepada OJK dan/atau otoritas lainnya; dan

Relevant experience and knowledge in Digital Payment, Banking, Financial institution. Specific in Payment Gateway is an advantage;

Effective communication abilities, negotiation skill and critical thinking;

A minimum formal education of bachelor’s degree (S1) in Law;

At least 1- 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position;

Financial and Government regulatory experience is an advantage.

Drafting, review, and identify any issues in commercial Agreements, Vendor Agreements, Service Agreements, MOUs, Policy Contracts, as per existing legislation, etc.

Has a legal educational background

Fresh graduate or 1-2 years experience in law

Willing to undergo education and bond service after education

Not married and willing not to get married during education

Provide legal opinions/opinions required in the company's business activities

Making and preparing (drafting) as well as checking (reviewing) documents from a legal perspective

Minimum of 5 years of working experience in law firm or in-house legal in financial institutions

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Provide legal advice and counsel to the company on a wide range of legal matters

Assist with the negotiation of complex legal documents

Conduct legal research and analysis

Stay up-to-date on legal developments and regulations in the financial services industry

Strong knowledge of Indonesian laws and regulations

Experience with contract drafting and negotiation

Strong knowledge of Collective Labor Agreement (PKB), UU CK, and Partnership.

At least 4 years of working experience in the Outsourcing Industry

Have good communication and interpersonal skills

Communicate and negotiate with external parties (regulators, external counsel, public authority, etc.)

Provide risk management and litigation management

Have min. 2-3 years of experience both in Commercial and Business Law is a must

Have knowledge with healthcare industry

Advise on personnel issues and draft required documents related to those issues

Handling and project managing legal negotiations

Prepare and maintain standard agreements (NDA, labor matters, consulting, administrative agreements etc.)

Supporting administrative data for legal licenses and certifications.

Handling permits related to OSS (Online Single Submission).

Filing land asset documents for the entire company and individual owners.

Supporting routine LKPM (Land and Building Tax) reporting.

Reminding about expired licenses and land assets documents.

Fresh graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Law.

Strong knowledge of Indonesian laws and regulations

Experience with contract drafting and negotiation

Strong knowledge of Collective Labour Agreement (PKB), UU CK and Partnership.

At least 4 years of working experience in Outsourcing Industry

Bachelor's Degree in Law, Master's Degree in Law would be an advantage
