Legal Counsel Manager Jobs

Ensuring strict compliance with legal requirements in all company activities to safeguard our interests

Offering legal expertise to provide certainty in protection, indemnity, and legal exposure during business operations

Coordinating with internal departments and the Manager to deliver comprehensive legal services

Assisting the Manager in external communications and liaising with relevant parties, including government institutions and co-ventures

Supporting the Manager in interactions with our head office and affiliated companies

Minimum of five years' experience in legal matters within the upstream oil and gas industry

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Proven logistics, e-commerce, and retails knowledge

High lobbying and analytical skills

Compiling, checking, and identifying licensing requirements in company

Collaborate with operational team to manage the company’s risk of non-compliance and being responsible for the impact of non-compliance

Have a license of PERADI

Knowledge of data privacy laws and regulations, with experience advising on related matters

Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to assess and manage legal risks, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations

Manage relationships with external counsel, instructing and overseeing their work as necessary

Strong experience in advising on M&A, joint ventures, investments, fundraising, and other transactional matters

Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills

Demonstrated ability to manage external counsel effectively

Minimum 5 years legal counsel experience, preferably in a Law Firm

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Providing legal advice/counsel in business-related areas of expertise (e.g., corporate law, business litigation, transactions/anti-trust, compliance,employment/labor, corporate governance, ethics, etc.).

Managing M&A and financing transactions of the company.

Researching, analyzing, and interpreting proposed and existing laws, statutes, and regulations

Identifying, evaluating, and addressing issues of legal risk.
