Provide risk management and litigation management

Have min. 2-3 years of experience both in Commercial and Business Law is a must

Have knowledge with healthcare industry

Advise on personnel issues and draft required documents related to those issues

Handling and project managing legal negotiations

Prepare and maintain standard agreements (NDA, labor matters, consulting, administrative agreements etc.)

Experience as a Legal Commercial in the Mining Industry for 2-3 years

Experience as a Legal Supervisor for at least 2 years

Experience in export-import, Incoterms, SKBDN / Letter of Credit, GENCON, etc.

Experience working at the law firm will be a Preferable

Conduct legal research and analysis to ensure all business activities met in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations

Excellent in English for both Writing and Speaking

Experience working at law firm will be a Preferable

Laptop as a working tool

Annual Bonus based on company performance.
