Experience in implementing and operating educational platforms such as Learning Management System

Proven min. 1 year work experience as Learning Operation/Learning Management, especially in Edutech industry

Have strong project management skill

Run all operational tasks for learning program, including learning course & materials management, student management, payment management, data and document management.

Strong time management, capable of efficiently handling multiple tasks and priorities.

Collect, manage, and deliver issues/complaint from student to stakeholders. Ensure the issue/complaint solved.

Support team in all training activities, such as logistics preparation, trainee/trainer support, training registration, and feedback

Support team to maintain trainees' learning progress and history

Supporting team in executing learning strategy across directorate

Helping in create a reporting analytics related to learning activities

Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Economics, Business Administration, Psychology, or related major, fresh graduates are also welcome

Have interests in developing people

Have experience involved in the implementation of online training from start to finish

Have experience in evaluating trainees' assignments
