Learning And Development Telemarketing Jobs

Attends training classes to develop housekeeping techniques and procedures, and enhance leadership skills;

At least 2 years of relevant experience in training (preferred experienced dealing with field team) with background housekeeping or hospitality

Deep knowledge on various learning methodology & effectiveness

Experienced in working with multiple stakeholders from different backgrounds with good level of empathy.

Provides support to the work activities of cleaning personnel to ensure a clean environment;

Leads workers to ensure their duties, and tasks are completed timely standards of cleanliness

Have good interpersonal, stakeholder management and analytical skills;

Have at least 1 year of work experience in a Human Capital position, especially learning & development;

Have experience in collaborating with learning & development vendors;

Have the ability to design and evaluate learning & development programs;

Proficient in using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & Power Point).

Identify the sales skill improvement.

Experienced in Telemarketing Business as agents or team Leader.

Experienced In Learning & Development in Telemarketing business Minimum 1 Year.
