Knowledge and experience in process unit capabilities.

Proficient in use of electronic resources to operate and manage the Sandersville Refinery including office software applications.

Proficiency in English (spoken, written and reading).

Medically fit to travel to offshore oil & gas RLTO based in Qatar.

Experience having demonstrated effective HSE leadership and management in a similar sized project, or across multiple locations within a similar industry.

Assist in developing, communicating, implementing and regularly review systems, strategies, standards and processes (including environmental plans or health management programs) that:

Experience in managing and controlling budgets.

Strong working knowledge of OH&S legislation and industry standards.

Strong communication, influencing and negotiation skills

Minimum of 10 years’ experience in HSE roles within the resources, construction and infrastructure sectors

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience

Minimum of six years of related work experience

Other minimum qualifications may apply

Three years of supervisory experience

Five years of demand planning experience

Define and publish demand planning metrics targets.
