Lazmall Campaign Ops Jobs

Prior experience in e-commerce marketing and/or campaign management will be a plus

Strong project management and execution abilities

Develop ideas and execute marketing campaigns on the Shopee App

Collaborate and coordinate across multiple teams, including Project, Business Development, Creative, Operations, etc

Ensure smooth and timely execution of campaigns

Perform regular analysis of campaign performance and metrics to report on campaign performance

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Bi-lingual (local language) proficiency is a plus.

Understanding the brands’ marketing objectives, pain points, and opportunities.

Building and managing relationships with the brand’s person in charge of marketing strategy and spending.

Monitoring the marketing performance and providing actionable insights for brands to effectively utilize their marketing spend.

An avid learner, comfortable with ambiguity, and constantly evolving products and solutions to address customer needs.

1. Experienced in Sales/Incubation/BD with the ability to deliver results in a highly competitive Indonesia market

2. Have experience working with Brands in marketplace environment

3. Minimum 2 years of working experience in ecommerce / market place

Joining the Business Development team, you will play a role in growing strategic brands in Indonesia.

Grow Brand's Sales portfolio in LazMall through seamless incubation process

Planning key activity that supporting brand source of growth in LazMall

Possess experiences in campaign management and/or e-commerce onsite merchandising

End-to-end ownership and management of LazMall Daily buyer journey, onsite campaign, merchandising strategy & programs

Holds a Bachelor degree in Business Management, Marketing, and/or other related fields

Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in a fast-paced environment i.e. tech start-ups, e-commerce

Excellent English written and verbal communication skills

Good data analysis skills (ie. evaluate metrics, forecasts)

Communication skills and enjoy working in teams.

Good analytical and organizational skills.

Responsible for end-to-end campaign production (e.g. campaign page creation, creative banner request, promo creation, product curation, and campaign slotting

Help to conceptualize, develop and execute campaign liaising with some internal stakeholders related to the campaign

Ensure timely execution of the campaign

Good understanding of e-commerce working pace (Responsive and flexible to standby outside of business hours during preparation/ live campaign)

Exceptional relationship management and negotiation skills.

Delivering comprehensive trend knowledge and industry insight to encapsulate our individuality in our offering.

Extensive experience (+3-4 years) in E- commerce or related retail company.

Experience in all aspects of buying.

Relationship building with brands and suppliers for category products and negotiations with suppliers.
