Leadership positions are available for candidates with strong content industry and relevant product management experience

Provide timely and professional input from user experience perspective to support product development from all Shopee Markets

To manage the testing on all shopee markets related to the features release

Minimum 2 years of related industry experience in short video or e-commerce product operation, content understanding and content creation

Analyze and assess data and issues related to content and creation, then produce reports to support decision-making

Research and develop content creation strategy and understanding to improve overall creation and consumption

Assist product managers to design long-term solutions to improve search & recommendation engines

Degree or diploma from a recognized tertiary education institution

Perform testing and QC to evaluate the quality of search & recommendation features

Surface issues with search & recommendation by reviewing bad cases and collecting product feedback

Provide insights on local market’s contexts, competitors, trends, and performance

Communicate clearly verbally and in writing in both English and Bahasa Indonesia

Minimum 3 years of work experience of product management will be preferred

Internship experience in e-commerce industry or product management will be an advantage

Act as a specialist for the product in particular content related products

Give training to the other related teams when there is a new feature or product

Do issues troubleshooting and SOP creation related to content related products usage

Work on administrative task of the content related products

Continuous improvement and research of testing process, skills, techniques, quality, and efficiency

+2 years of relevant experience

Experience in client-side socket programming, database and Structured Query Language (optional)

Be involved in whole development life cycle and technical design review

Test case design and planning

Functional testing via grey-box and white-box methodologies

Involve and review operational processes to drive productivity improvements in guideline management ranging from training, validating, and calibrating cases with agents

Experience in data processing using Ms. Excel is required. Python or Structured Query Language coding experience will be an advantage

Strong communication skills and well-versed in English (spoken and written)

Work with other regional teams to develop structured policy by collaborating with cross-functional teams

Support data operations for data science-based traffic label identification

Collaborate with local teams to improve labeling quality and guideline understanding

- Fresh graduate from any related major (from Education, Human Resource Management, and Psychology)

1-3 years of demonstrated experience in making and operating of community policy in a content oriented context

Experience in data processing using Ms. Excel is required. Python or Structured Query Language coding experience will be an advantage

Strong communication skills and well-versed in English (spoken and written)

Work with cross functional teams to develop and improve structured policy, community guidelines in accordance with platform ecosystem and user tastes

Collaborate with local teams to improve the quality of policy understanding and operation

Work closely with product, R&D, operational team to ensure policy is applicable to different product scenarios.

Minimum 4 years of experience in Product Management role

Develop conceptual diagrams, wireframes, and product requirement documents

Conduct market intelligence to maintain competitiveness and profitability of product offering

Good analytical and logical thinking skills

Good collaboration skills to work with cross-function teams

Define and drive product strategy by building product roadmap to achieve product goals

Have a basic knowledge of coding skills and the fundamental computer science

Final year Computer-Science student or Bachelor’s Degree in all majors

Passionate and interested in pursuing a career in software development and programming

Willing to be located in Jakarta and participate in the Bootcamp Program offline
