Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary documentation and information for KYB assessments.

Conduct follow-up activities with existing and prospective clients, addressing inquiries, collecting feedback, and ensuring overall satisfaction.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and KYB processes in our CRM system.

Support the development and implementation of strategies to enhance client engagement and retention.

Use knowledge and experience in the field of operational management to lead a team in addressing challenging KYB onboarding issues

Possesses strong time management, organizational and relationship building skills

Strong track record in leading medium to large remote teams

Knowledge of multiple client types (E.g: Non-Operating/Asset Holding Companies, Funds, Partnerships, Segregated Profolio Companies)

Highly preferred for candidates to possess ACAMS/CAMS/CCAS/ICA certifications or others

Good knowledge on provisions of crypto/fiat licensed entities local laws, directives, regulations and otherwise standards applicable to subject persons
