Proficiency in influencer management systems.

Develop and initiate influencer campaign communication to be implemented on project proposals.

A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, and Advertising.

Ability to analytic tools to maintain influencer’s content performance.

-Good project management and execution skills

-Manage communications and build relationships with media, KOL, and third-party agencies for campaign/promotions collaboration

-Search and identify KOL across multiple digital platforms to build powerful brand experiences

-Implement KOL engagement campaign by liaising and coordinating with KOL in their requirements, timeline, and deliverables

-Min 2-year experiences in the same field

-Good negotiation skills and interpersonal relation

Assess their skills and experience, their career goals and their suitability for different roles

Gain a thorough understanding of your client's business, culture and successfully interpret their unique resourcing requirements

Manage the interview process and negotiate with clients on remuneration packages

Dynamic individual with at least three years of work experience in any field or job function

Strong team-working skills - you will enjoy sharing information and building robust relationships

Experienced recruiters will be considered

Minimum 1 year experiences as a KOL Specialist, Campaign, or other related field

Experience to develop brief strategy especially for KOL

Passionate about beauty industry, preferably having knowledge in skincare

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, and other related field

Proficient in Microsoft Office & Google Workspace

Priority to coordinate activities related to social media platform, data analysis tools, and relevant digital trend

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or any major with 1 year working experience in related field would be advantage

Knowledge of influencer marketing landscape, KOL strategies, and best practice

Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative content ideas and campaigns

Analytics mindset to track and analyze data, metrics, and performances of KOL content initiative

Research the latest trend to develop monthly campaign brief for KOL/Influencer based on Product Highlight

In charge for Mega KOL/Influencer special brief based on request from campaign team

Mengkoordinir komunikasi dan kebutuhan C-level terkait aktivitas bisnis

Mengkoordinir komunikasi dan data yang akan diterbitkan ke pihak eskternal

Membantu dalam persiapan reporting yang akan keluar dari CEO Office

Melakukan market research untuk menetapkan benchmark dari listed peer companies dan investment climate

Membantu dalam proses pembuatan investment, divestment, dan/atau M&A thesis

Minimal lulusan S1 dari semua jurusan atau jurusan yang terbiasa melakukan pengolahan data dan/atau manajemen lebih diutamakan

Membantu analisa untuk produk dan/atau proyek baru dalam lingkup finansial

Melakukan review berkala atas financial matrix dan unit of economics dari Business Unit

Melakukan market research untuk menetapkan benchmark dari listed peer companies

Membantu dalam proses pembuatan investment, divestment, dan/atau M&A thesis

Minimal lulusan S1 dari jurusan Science/Matematika/Ekonomi atau jurusan yang terbiasa melakukan pengolahan angka lebih diutamakan

Memahami cara membaca laporan keuangan dan dasar-dasar keuangan

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Prior experience in a related field is a plus, but not required

Conduct research and analysis to support the development of strategic plans

Create reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations
