A Kitchen Hand is responsible for assisting the kitchen staff in the preparation and service of food. They may also be responsible for cleaning and maintaining the kitchen area. To become a Kitchen Hand, you will need to have basic knowledge of food preparation, safety, and sanitation. You should also be able to work well with others and have good communication skills. Skills required for a Kitchen Hand include the ability to follow instructions, work quickly and efficiently, and maintain a clean and organized workspace. Knowledge of food safety and sanitation is also important. Responsibilities of a Kitchen Hand include cleaning and sanitizing kitchen equipment, stocking and organizing supplies, prepping ingredients, and assisting with food preparation.
