Overview: Kepala Bagian Hrd is responsible for managing the Human Resources Department of an organization. They are responsible for recruiting, training, and developing employees, as well as managing employee relations, payroll, and benefits. They also ensure that the organization is compliant with all relevant laws and regulations. Skills: Leadership, Communication, Interpersonal, Problem-Solving, Organizational, Time Management, Decision-Making, Negotiation, Conflict Resolution. Knowledge: Human Resources Management, Employment Law, Recruiting, Training and Development, Employee Relations, Payroll and Benefits Administration. Responsibilities: Recruiting and hiring employees, Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, Managing employee relations, Ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, Administering payroll and benefits, Training and developing employees. Experience: Previous experience in Human Resources Management is preferred. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field. Education: Master’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field is preferred. Tools: Human Resources Management Software, Applicant Tracking Systems, Payroll Software, Performance Management Software. Tips: Develop a comprehensive understanding of the organization’s goals and objectives, Stay up to date on relevant laws and regulations, Develop effective communication and interpersonal skills, Establish strong relationships with employees, Foster a positive work environment.
