Mengawasi dan memastikan seluruh aspek dukungan aplikasi, operasi infrastruktur kantor dan aplikasi (proses dan prosedur operasional bisnis IT)

Mengelola anggota tim spesialis lintas fungsi dalam bidang Teknik termasuk IT Support, Application Engineer dan DevSecOps Engineer.

Bertanggung jawab untuk pengoperasian produksi dan system pendukung dan peluncuran setiap perubahan pada system IT untuk mendukung persyaratan bisnis baru.

Mengevaluasi terhadap optimalisasi infrastruktur, optimalisasi pemulihan bencana, optimalisasi kinerja, dan proyek lainnya

Memastikan dan mengawasi analisis kebutuhan dan desain fungsi infrastruktur teknis dan system pendukung, dan bertanggung jawab atas integritas dan stabilitas sistem

Bertanggung jawab untuk menggunakan dan alat pemantauan produksi untuk melacak dan meningkatkan efisiensi dan kualitas operasi system

Knowledge of various business functions such as HR and finance is a plus

Optimise the company's system operating capabilities and stability to maximise customer satisfaction and exceed company goals

Manage and grow a high-performing and responsive team to deliver highest IT Operation Service Level to customers

Plan and execute successful HR policies that ensure employee benefits and compliance with company guidelines

Solid experience in IT Operations including Application Support, Merchant on Boarding, Settlement and Reconcile, Data Engineer and Helpdesk

Excellent leadership and communication skills

Strong presentation, verbal and written communication, and interviewing skills; Must be capable of presenting results to senior management.

Provide information and assistance to the clients to enable them to comply with statutory requirements and standards.

Leads with integrity and respect; Excellent analytical, technical skills and auditing techniques (i.e. Operations, Investigation, IT internal control);

Excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written and computer literate.

To comply with the Standards for Professional Practice of Internal Auditing, published by Institute of Internal Auditors.
