Preferably having experience in FMCG, Logistics companies or PPIC.

Proficient in Trucking, Warehouse and understanding export-import documents.

Goods packaging in each shipment according to the company regulation

Inbound handling from external parties and distribute to users

Having experience related with lifting study for high-risk lifting

Having experience working with port authority & comply port authority regulation

Understand & having deep knowledge of HS Code & including interpretation

Understand & having deep knowledge of Marine Cargo Insurance

Bachelor's degree (S1) , Finance or Having Diploma Graduate related with Customs

Education: Min. Diploma Degree in any major.

Experience: Min. 2 year as Logistic Staff

Have a good knowledge of the import process is a must.

Handling forwarding operations for customer

Handling customer and logistic services distributors

Giving information to customers about company serviceHandling feedback from customers (satisfaction or complaint)

Receive, record, and validate customer order in system

Define the execution plan versus the operational constraint

Sends notice of arrival to consignee and origin office based on incoterm

Work with customs broker to provide customer service, and trucking to arrange delivery

Produce and dispatch external invoices and documents

Strong analytical skills and data management.

At least 3 - 4 Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Scheduling material delivery and external coordination regarding on material delivery issues.

Summary of Handling in storage and handling out, inventory/stock accuracy between physical and system,

Coordination with internal and external parties regarding on stock deliveries, stock swapping on respective materials

Periodically performing checking on material arrival at sites

1 year of work experience in supply chain and projects management with a clear competence in SC planning, analytics, and technology.

Responsible for the Inventory management and reporting of raw, packaging, and finished goods based on MRP

Proactively seek out and drive inventory management and drive continuous improvements

Support, manage, drive continous improvement for outbound supply chain issues

Collect, support and manage warehouse managemenet system for fulfillment order

Excellent analytical, planning & problem-solving skills, and proven ability to develop and deliver executable actions to drive improvements

Good Knowledge of Supply Chain Management, Supplier Management, Customer Service Management, Inventory Management, Export & Import

Bachelor/ college degree in especially Transport Management or equivalent

At least 2-3 years of working experience (domestic and international)

Experience as a planner is an advantage

Strong Computer skills including the complete Microsoft Office

Possess good communication and negotiation skills

-Process and monitoring Invoice and Tax to Finance refer to company policy

-Have experienced in Purchasing import will be advantage,

-Have good skill in MS. Excel (Pivot)

- Strong analytical, negotiation and communication skills.

- Have knowledge about Document of Exim, SAP Is a plus

- Follow up user request (PR) dan create PO as user request, regarding to company policy
