1 -2 years experience in payroll consulting firm

Ensuring efficient and high-quality delivery of payroll services to clients

Developing and maintaining distinct relationships with peers at client organizations

Previous working experience as a compensation and benefits specialist for min. 1 year

Prior experience in HR operations and knowledge of best practices

Ensure that pay and benefits plans comply with federal and state regulations

Advises and informs of benefits-related changes, including eligibility, coverage, and provisions

Hands-on experience with HR software (HRIS)

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Minimal telah menyelesaikan pendidikan S1 Psikologi, MSDM atau Hukum

- Minimal memiliki pengalaman sebagai HR Generalist selama 1-2 tahun

- Memahami payroll, alur rekrutmen dan administrasi HR secara umum

- Memiliki kemampuan berbahasa Inggris baik lisan maupun tulisan

- Memiliki kemampuan analisa dan pemecahan masalah yang baik

- Memiliki kemampuan memperhatikan detail dan komunikasi yang baik

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking/Human Resource Management or equivalent

* Perform the effectiveness of end-to-end work processes associated with payroll & all benefit

* Required skill(s): PPH 21, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, BPJS Kesehatan

* At least 2 years of overall experience in end-to-end Payroll processes

* Experienced in using HRIS program related to Payroll (TALENTA Payroll)
