Hrbp Sales Operation Jobs

3 - 5 years audit experience (proper audit & risk knowledge and skill)

Excellent communication skill including ability to influence people & working with team

Perform audit services (both assurance & advisory) covering approximately 500 Astra sales operations branches across Indonesia

Ability to adapt & being tactical

Guide Line Managers on all aspects of performance management including feedback and performance coaching

Plan and execute the region's hiring plans including entry-level recruitment for the Sales & Education teams.

Actively build a culture of learning by sharing best practices and knowledge-sharing across the region.

Partner with the line managers to address performance gaps and facilitates discussions/processes to assess appropriate action

Ability to manage diverse stakeholders.

Strong Business Communication skills with the ability to influence and convince stakeholders by objectively presenting challenging views
