Bertanggung jawab atas Live streaming/penjualan live sehari-hari melalui aplikasi TikTok Shop/Shopee Live/ IG Live

Bertanggung jawab terhadap pelaksaan live stream dari proses persiapan hingga selesai

Membuat rundown & mengikuti jadwal acara dan ide-ide kreatif untuk live stream

Menjawab pertanyaan customer dengan sopan dan tepat mengenai produk

Memiliki ketersediaan waktu live siang atau malam

Memiliki komunikasi yang baik, persuasif, inisiatif, dan proaktif

Memiliki product knowledge perusahaan yang cukup baik

Memaksimalkan sales dengan melakukan penjualan via siaran langsung di platform digital

Membuat detail plan terkait live streaming

Diutamakan punya pengalaman Host Live

Bersedia bekerja dengan jam kerja fleksible dan tentatif

Bersedia bekerja hybrid dengan 6 hari kerja ( 2 hari onsite office, 4 hari WFA. Work From Anywhere)

Have experience as a live streaming host on Instagram, TikTok, and Shopee.

Have a good knowledge about Instagram, TikTok, and Shopee.

Be the main host / speaker for Live Session on social media & ecommerce platform.

Able to work in flexible hour between 8 AM - 9 PM.

Minimum 3 Live session per week.

The duration for Live taping will be two (2) hours each at Our Store (Jagakarsa, South Jakarta).

Guide and manage live stream events effectively and professionally.

Previous experience as a live stream host, presenter, or similar role on social media or other streaming platforms is a plus.

Exceptional communication skills, including connecting with the audience and responding well to questions and comments.

Strong improvisation skills and the ability to fill dead air during the event in case of technical issues or unexpected occurrences.

Engage actively with the audience through live chat and promptly respond to questions and comments.

Deliver content clearly, energetically, and entertainingly.

Guide and manage live stream events effectively and professionally.

Understand live streaming technology and operate required equipment such as cameras, microphones, and streaming software.

Have good English communication skills will be an advantage.

Responsible for day-to-day live-streaming through Tiktok, Instagram, Shopee and other e-commerce platforms

Able to identify hot topics in the country to capture on our entertainment broadcasting platform

Help creative team to create promotional contents through videos or photos
