Membuat gambar Shop Drawing & As-built Drawing (gambar kerja interior)

Mampu Menghitung volume BoQ dan membuat gambar kerja detail interior (DED)

Menguasai aplikasi Autocad, 3D Sketchup

Mampu menginventarisir dan menganalisis dokumen project terhadap keadaan aktual di site project

Melakukan pengawasan terhadap kinerja kontraktor/subkon sesuai dengan kontrak Project

Pendidikan Minimal D3 Teknik Sipil/ atau teknik terkait

Strong organisational and time management abilities.

Min. three years experience in a similar field.

Associate Degree or Certification in drafting, CAD technology, or a related field.

Proficiency in CAD software, excellent hands-on experience with AutoCad & Sketch Up.

Printing drawing schematics for use by architects, construction managers, andstructural and maintenance engineers

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Experience: Prior experience as a drafter in the construction industry is preferred.

Technical Knowledge: A solid understanding of architectural and engineering principles and the ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.

Creating Detailed Drawings: Preparing detailed construction drawings based on architectural plans, engineering designs, and specifications.

3D Modeling: Assisting in creating 3D models and visualizations of construction projects for better understanding and communication.

Quality Assurance: Ensuring the accuracy and completeness of the drawings to avoid errors or discrepancies during construction.

Experienced in HIGHRISE is a must

Drawing list Skematik, DD 50%, DD 100% & Drawing list Forcon
