Supervise the installation and maintenance of waste management.

Prepare reports on occurrences and provide statistical OHS information to head of management

Responsible for the company's health clinic operations and reports to head of management

Encourage managers, supervisors, and employees to participate in occupational health and safety programs

Has experienced in Garment Industry is a plus

Manage document related HSE such as SOP, Permit, License

Ensure compliance with local and customer’s regulatory HSE requirements.

Prepare and manage document related to contractor safety such as ID Card, PTW form, etc

At least 2 years experiences on same role (HSE Industry)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Become a liaison between government regulations and company policies

Minimum 1 year of working experience in the field of HSE.

HSE Engineer in railway infrastructure construction and maintenance activities.

Conduct hazard identification to ensure that the field team works in a safe environment.

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering / Electrical / Electronics.

Has min. 5 years of working experience in a related field

Have min. General K3 Expert certification (Sertifikat Ahli K3 Umum)

Great communication, presentation and public speaking skills

Conduct preparation material based on topic

Develop module based on area of expertise

Have AK3U Kemnaker RI Certification

Have minimum 1 year experience in the same field

Good computer skill in Microsoft Excel

Bachelor Degree in Enviromental Engineering, Industrial Engineering or Public Health

Fleunt in English both oral and written

Can work in team or individual
