Work closely with Accounting, Finance and Financial Planning Controlling team to address business requirements for financial information.

Min. 2 years of relevant experience as business analyst, data scientist, data analyst, or data engineer in banking or financial services,

Proficiency in SQL and Excel, and experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI,

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information System Technology dan Mathematics will be an advantage,

Strong attention to detail and accuracy,

Comfortable working with large numbers/data set.

Prior experience in both agency and tech companies will be preferred.

Hands-on experience with SEO, Google Analytics and CRM software

3-5 years of relevant experience in creative agency field, business development, or sales

Proven experience as a Strategic Planner or Business Consultant

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Develop and executing on creative business to support business goals

Draft new and improving existing strategic management office procedure.

At least 3 years as a Supervisor in Multifinance or At least 2 years in bisnis development & strategic planning

Excellent analytical, Research, and reporting skill

Working with leaders across departments to ensure each department projects has completed on time and within budget.

Planning project activities and collaborating with different departments to ensure all leaders understand the development progress.

Hold minimal 4 years experience in Project Management or Project Portfolio

Monitor and analyze organization performance and provide recommendations for improvements (Management Contract, department work programs, company strategic projects)

Make reports in dashboard form and provide updates to management

Able to think strategically and having effective communication skill

Having excellent negotiation and analytical skill

1. Candidates should possess at minimum a bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting or equivalent

3. Previous exposure from an energy industry is an advantage

6. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) will be a plus point

At least 5 years experience in Project Management/IT Head of Product Development/Scrum Master

Responsible for standardizing project management processes, tools, techniques, and templates

Good relationship management, leadership, team building and problem solving

Supervise the project manager/project leader to lead their team's project

Possess good communication skill to bridge technical team & business (non technical) team

Provide input on the company's strategy in achieving goals and optimizing the company's business processes
