Develop and execute the overall data and analytics strategy, aligning it with the company's business objectives and growth initiatives.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business challenges, opportunities, and recommend data-driven solutions that drive operational efficiency and profitability.

Oversee data collection, integration, and validation processes to ensure accuracy, completeness, and reliability of data for analysis.

Identify opportunities to leverage advanced analytics, machine learning, and AI techniques to extract valuable insights from large and complex datasets.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.

Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, R, or similar technologies.

People management – track record of hiring and developing stars

Manage a multi-million dollar budget and provide visibility to internal stakeholders

Inspire and coach a team of analysts and campaign managers and expand it by hiring talent

Experience in articulating strategic issues and negotiating with C-level executives – experience in leading strategy consulting projects a plus

Excellent analytical skills – you really need to love data for this role

Exposure to IT and Product Development – basic coding skills a plus

Advanced skill in Microsoft Excel; having knowledge of Python, R, or Tableau would be a big advantage

Build Automated Reports And Dashboards Based On Partner Requirements To Support The Decision-making Process

A wealth of experience as Data Scientist/Analyst (or other field related to data processing)

3 years experience of successfully leading and coaching analytical teams

Knowledge of Machine Learning techniques such as Decision Trees, Clustering, Regression

Good communication and social skills

Having knowledge of SQL and Experience with R or Python is a plus

Min 8 – 10 years experiences in leading data analytics team

Strong analytical and problem solving skills including ability to independently drive analysis concluding with rationalized recommendations

Highly organized and able to manage multiple request / projects simultaneously

Prefer e-commerce or financial tech companies experiences.

Lead internal team to deliver a recommendation or insight to the internal team based on data (sales, product, risk, Network Productivity)
