Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or related field

Master's degree in Hospitality Management or Business Administration is a plus

Experience in managing a hotel, resort or hospitality operations

Bachelors degree from reputable university and minimum 4 years of Project Management experience required

Strong knowledge of both theoretical and operational methods of project management

Develop reporting for management to identify operational issues

Refine and oversee our Release Management strategy across internal team project primes

Play a key role in managing the account management / client relationship

Ensures program/project-related risks are managed according to the Project Management Policy

Manage the overall flow of CRM knowledge - learning and development for all team members.

Bachelor's degree from a reputable university or equivalent practical experience

At least 6 years of experience working in the CRM or direct marketing field

Experience in crafting marketing, communication, and business strategy

Experience in end-to-end campaign development, from planning, executing, and reporting

Experience working with cross-functional/cross-discipline stakeholders, and drafting and leading communication plans for internal stakeholders

Bachelor degree in Business, Management, Communication from reputable universities

Manage, develop, report on the progress of the company's CRM programs and E-commerce.

Assist the Marcom Manager in researching for new online opportunities for respective department

Assist the Marcom Manager in making all campaigns success in all sites

Have high sense of initiative ,passion in selling, analitycal, dynamic, good communication, negotiation and presentation skill

Maintain excellent customer relations and communications with clients.

Analyze data management for CRM related

Minimum 4+ years work experience in information system and/or CRM, experience working in marketplace is an advantage

Shaping and delivering of marketing and promotional campaigns

Increase campaign performance through creative testing and performance reviews

Analyze success of email and push campaigns and use this to develop longer term strategy

Setting up the campaigns and data filters within ZALORA CRM platform
