Experienced with management/financial reporting as well as with complex cost accounting

Lead the Product Management team in strategic development for developing and launching products for all lines of business

Undergraduate degree in Accounting/Finance is required, postgraduate degree is preferred

Minimum of five years' experience in financial/cost accounting within the manufacture industry

Strong analytical abilities combined with pragmatic approach

Act as a Government Relationship Officer to smoothen MOF approval on new/enhancement/repricing product

Experience of management of a team or proven coaching ability

To show strong technical knowledge and experience in product pricing/design with business acumen while adhering to regulatory and corporate requirements.

Participating and reviewable rates products management

Timely and accurate submission of product filings and highlighting key issues to management promptly for action if necessary

At least 8 years of working experience in Actuarial

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, commercial acumen and superior analytical skills

Leading management information system team in delivering monthly management report as well as regular regional reports

Organising and leading process of monthly new business value and annual forced embedded value reports to regional team and senior management

Minimum of 12 years' relevant actuarial experience in life insurance (pricing experience is a plus)

Must have supervisory experience. Competent and with the right work ethic to lead a team

Planning and coordinating the actuarial strategy for the company in line with the company's strategic objectives

Overseeing all financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, planning, and product pricing in the business

More than 12 years' experience within the insurance field required

Bachelor's degree in mathematics, actuarial science, or equivalent field required

Fluency in English and Bahasa required
