IT PMO Background or Business Process Management Background with High/strong Technical Aptitude

Strong Analytical and Problem Solving Skill

Good verbal communication and facilitation skills in both Bahasa and English

Good Business Writing and presentation skills

Responsible for scheduling meeting based on request and taking meeting minutes

Consolidate status report from each team, prepare weekly status report, and prepare minutes/key actions from weekly SAP Internal CR meeting

Reporting to management as per SAP Project Governance (e.g. escalation management, communication management, risk management, quality management).

Ensure proper use of project management methodology (AGILE), standards, tools, processes and procedures

Experience of delivering SAP S/4 HANA Public Cloud will be an added advantage

Participate in the project planning activities and manage the execution of project according to plan.

Analyse risk, establish contingency plans and identify trigger events and responsibilities for initiating mitigating action.

More than 10-12 years of SAP working experience in SAP.
