Overview:

Gym Instructors are responsible for providing guidance and instruction to gym members on how to use gym equipment and exercise safely and effectively. They must be knowledgeable in a variety of exercise techniques and be able to motivate and encourage members to reach their fitness goals. They must also be able to identify potential health risks and provide advice on how to avoid them.

How To Become an Gym Instructor:

To become a gym instructor, you will need to complete a fitness instructor qualification. This can be done through a college or university, or through a private training provider. You will also need to be certified in CPR and first aid, and have a valid driver’s license.
