Verificare il corretto raggiungimenti dei KPI aziendali;

Gestire il flusso di approvvigionamenti logistici della merce al fine di mantenere costante il volume di prodotto disponibile;

Ottimizzare il lavoro degli operatori all'interno del punto vendita;

Pianificare la turnazione e le ferie dei dipendenti;

Attuare le linee guida aziendale al fine di promuovere una piacevole esperienza di acquisto.

Solida esperienza nel segmento GDO;

Coordinare la fase esecutiva di ogni progetto presenziando costantemente sul cantiere assegnato;

Redigere, verificare e aggiornare la contabilità di cantiere;

Redigere e aggiornare lo stato di avanzamento dei lavori;

Gestire le ditte subappaltatrici in cantiere;

Garantire che la commessa venga portata avanti nel rispetto del budget e del cronoprogramma dei lavori;

Garantire l’applicazione e l’osservanza delle normative sulla sicurezza in cantiere;

Identifies the developmental needs of others and coaches, mentors, or otherwise helps others to improve their knowledge or skills.

Ensures compliance with all food & beverage policies, standards and procedures by training, supervising, follow-up and hands on management.

High school diploma or GED; 4 years experience in the food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area.

Supervises and manages employees. Manages all day-to-day operations. Understands employee positions well enough to perform duties in employees' absence.

Utilizes interpersonal and communication skills to lead, influence, and encourage others; advocates sound financial/business decision making; demonstrates honesty/integrity; leads by example.

Manages day-to-day operations, ensures the quality, standards and meets the expectations of the customers on a daily basis.

Understand the needs and preferences of each customer, and provide a personalized solution that meets their requirements

Provide an exceptional customer experience that exceeds their expectations, building a long-term relationship with them

Work collaboratively with other members of the Tesla team to ensure a seamless customer experience

Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
