Being a Recruitment Consultant/Headhunter is a combination ofsales(80%) andHR(20%).

You will do an end-to-end recruitment process from coordination and communication with clients, sourcing to placing candidates for our clients.

Build long-term trusting relationships with clients to ensure client retention

You will work closely with our clients to deliver the right candidates for them

There will be some administrative tasks involved such as editing CV, interview arrangement, updating and preparing documents, updating database, etc

You will attend tech events and be actively involved in the tech community/tech ecosystem
