Display competence in design, facilitation and management of English language learning activities

Developing, adapting and implementing material from Cambridge Curriculum

Delivering classes of English Lesson digitally in a creative and innovative way

Monitoring and evaluation towards students's progress

A degree in any discipline, TEFL or TESOL (College students are welcome to apply)

Work a minimum of 8 hours a month

-make monthly report on student performance to program manager

-have at least 1 year experience in teaching

-Preparing Learning material including problem set and exercises needed

-Conduct 1-on-1 tutoring session on time

-Applicant hold minimum bachelor degree in math, science, or other relative major from reputable university

-Fresh graduate are welcome to apply

Bachelor degree graduates with minimum 2 years professional experience as English tutor/speaker/teacher

Have a proven experience as a speaker/mentor/moderator in the relevant professional area (available documentation)

Conduct class/training as assigned to the topics and the class duration

Contribute in the class/learning module development according to Tenaga Pelatih's expertise and the assigned topics

Able to operate and use virtual meeting platform such as zoom or teams.

This position will be well-compensated with hourly basis!

Having knowledge about the PHONICS method

Prepare worksheets and teaching materials

Ensure the student's progress, learning outcomes & Success

Take care and get along well with children

Fluent in English (oral and written)
