Proven experience in trading/forex/brokerage, preferably in leadership.

Demonstrated marketing experience and strategy execution.

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or related field (advanced degree preferred).

Proprietary trading experience is highly desirable.

Bachelor's degree, or 1 to 3 years of related experience in the financial industry or technology sectors preferred

Proficiency in the use of MS Office, experience in Salesforce would be an asset

Knowledge of forex, CFD trading and the markets is desirable

Perform outbound calls to prospective clients with demo and live trading applications

Deliver prepared sales talks and scripts that describe OANDA’s services with the aim to convert leads into live trading accounts

Consistent follow up with clients via phone calls or emails through the client activation process

Ensuring client and partner growth, ensuring compliance management and issue resolution, building and maintaining portfolio of clients;

Opportunities/leads generation and acquisition, management, planning;

Maintaining and achieving your personal and team targets provided by management;

Attracting and onboarding new partners and/or clients via internet and social media/tools, telecommunications, email, etc., whether remotely or via meetings;

Regular reporting to the consultant’s direct manager notified to the consultant separately, via SMS, email, chat, etc

Preferably more than 2-3 years experience minimum as sales person of FOREX, CFDs or cryptocurrencies industry

Strong knowledge of global foreign exchange markets, currency trading strategies, and risk management techniques.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field. Additional certifications are a plus.

Collaborate with internal teams to assess and manage foreign exchange exposure.

Proven experience as a Forex Specialist or in a similar role within the financial industry.

Excellent analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to interpret and act upon market data.

Familiarity with relevant regulatory frameworks, compliance requirements, and best practices.
