Degree holder in any discipline. Experience in Finance / Banking / Customer Service industry is an advantage

Previous FX or CFD knowledge and sales experience, especially in affiliate program.

Manage customer relationship, retaining and expanding the existing relationship and drive volume and revenue continuously

Strong knowledge of global foreign exchange markets, currency trading strategies, and risk management techniques.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field. Additional certifications are a plus.

Collaborate with internal teams to assess and manage foreign exchange exposure.

Proven experience as a Forex Specialist or in a similar role within the financial industry.

Excellent analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to interpret and act upon market data.

Familiarity with relevant regulatory frameworks, compliance requirements, and best practices.

Match daily transaction records and compile various trading reports

Ensure margin accounts are in order on daily basis

Execute trading orders accurately and efficiently

Facilitate daily dealing administrations and prepare related documents

Monitor clients orders and margin level and conduct margin call and margin report

Pendidikan lulusan SMA/SMK atau sederajat.
