Minimum Bachelor's degree from any major with minimum 1-2 years experience in a similar position

Handling delivery inquiries from sellers and buyers through email/call/social media

Team monitoring & ticket assigning

Manage commercial and operational aspects in stores/assigned floor to achieve sales target

Complete store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employee

Manage merchandise traffic in store, control merchandise inventory in order to increase sales and profit hence support organization’s goals.

Have a good interpersonal skill, good in problem solving, & good in communication.

Responsible on the day to day operation of store

Provide customer service by greeting and assisting customers & responding to customer inquiries and complaints
