Financial Due Diligence Manager Jobs

Minimum university degree majoring in Accounting, Finance, Business Management or Economics

Business Valuation experience and possess financial modelling skills including building financial models from scratch (not mandatory but preferrable)

Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and influencing skill with the ability to deal with people from all levels professionally

Professional financial qualifications, such as CPA, CA, CFA, CPA, FRM would be key advantages(not mandatory but preferrable)

Experience in acquisition, divestiture, fund raising, pre-IPO advisory and business integrations projects(not mandatory but preferrable)

Develop marketing documents such as teaser, information memorandum or any other go-to-market deliverables during the engagement process;

Proven experience of 1-2 years in financial management, budgeting, and financial reporting.

Strong knowledge of financial principles, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.

Oversee payroll processing, including calculation of wages, benefits, taxes, and ensure accurate and timely payment to employees.

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.

Experience in cost control, financial analysis, and performance tracking.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Minimum BA or BS degree in field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
