Support finance manager for external and internal audit, tax audit, and other regulatory audit

Create Tax Invoice, prepare Journal Voucher, prepare Journal Payment to be reviewed by Finance Manager

Responsible for finance operation, accounting and tax of the company

Coordinate with local business team and regional shared services center regarding finance matter 

Other ad-hoc job accounting and finance functions as they arise.

Prepare raw/basis data for monthly closing and reporting, FP&A, and tax reconciliation and reporting

Support finance manager for external and internal audit, tax audit, and other regulatory audit

Min. 3 years experience in finance, accounting, and/or tax from end to end

Responsible for finance operation, accounting and tax of the company

Coordinate with local business team and regional shared services center regarding finance matter

Other ad-hoc job accounting and finance functions as they arise.

Support change management execution by developing training material, delivering training and supporting users post cutover.

Engage clients in workshops and interviews to analyze process and reporting requirements

Has experience in SAP S/4 HANA would be a plus

Advise clients on industry/ cross-industry leading practices. Advise clients on SAP recommended processes and functions

Design target state SAP solutions for clients. Influence clients’ thinking in adopting leading/ standard practices while developing target state

Analyze application landscape to design interfaces to SAP solution

Excellent communication, planning, project management, and organizational skills.

Configuration of SAP Business One to meet the requirements of the companies' business

Requirements gathering and the identification and analysis of gaps between SAP Business One and the companies' current business processes

Offering training and day-to-day support assistance to users

Knowledge in accounting, manufacturing, and distribution.

Experience with Visual Basic programming language and Crystal Reports tool.

Minimum 5 year experience in related field

Must have experience in handling 2 full cycle implementation

Have experience in consumer goods/FMCG business process

Experience Development Program Non SAP will be advantage

Bachelor Degree in Information Technology/Accounting/System Information from reputable university

Willing to be placed in Tangerang, Banten

Previous master data management experience in SAP,

1 year experience in master data management, fresh graduate with SAP project / internship program are very welcome

Strong Microsoft Office suite skills,

Execute changes to SAP master data (e.g. material, purchasing info record, bill of material etc.) as approved by the business,

Coordinate material and finish products master data setup, validations and periodic maintenance

Work with business units and process experts to resolve master data issues,

Experience & proficiency in using SAP MM - Material Management

Well-understanding of Material management (transaction, master data, and reporting)

Minimum 3 years of working experience in a similar position

Basic knowledge of Structured Query Language (SQL)

Having good communication & interpersonal skills

Min. Bachelor's Degree in Informatics System, Computer Science, or any related major

Have a good knowledge of finance and accounting such as invoicing, journaling, etc.

Preferable experienced in handle account payable/ account receivable/ invoicing/ taxes at least 1 years

Experienced in manufacture, retail or related industry would be an advantage

Experienced and able to use accounting system through SAP Business One

Minimum Associate Degree in Accounting

Should have experience / knowledge in SAP PP/QM Integration with other applications.

QM Process- Quality planning, Quality Inspection, Quality Certificates, Notifications, Test Equipment Management, QM Data transfer

Should also know how these processes integrate Material management, inventory management, Warehouse Management, Production.

Experience in ASAP methodology and implementing SAP best practises

Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, Strong organizational and planning skills

Demonstrates knowledge of Production Planning processes and how these processes are treated and configured in SAP.

Have ability in Project Management, IT Product Development, Data Analysis, and ERP Software

Love to ensure all administrative requirements for operational and development projects are fulfilled to achieve operational excellence.

2 - 3 years working experience in IT Business Analyst or Business IT Environment

Good knowledge and best practices on SAP implementation/improvement CO Module and Product Costing

Design efficient solutions and document them in a Functional Specification Document (FSD) as a blueprint for developers.

Love to plan and use proper project methodology to deliver the product on time and with the required quality metrics.

Education: Bachelor degree in Accounting or Computer Science

Have experience in SAP Implementation, minimum 3 cycles

Candidate must be able to grab business requirements from the users

Language: Advance in read, write and speak in English

Able to use basic application program (e.g. Word, Excel, and other Office program) to support own process duties

Excellent understanding in accounting cycles
